One of Memory's best attributes is its ease of operation. The machine controls are so familiar to operators of all ages as they use a combination of traditional foot pedals and minimal push buttons. This means your people will adopt the machine and become proficient in it use much faster.

Memory Function Speeds Up Settings

Set the mount/demount tool on the edge of the rim for the first tire, and the machine will return the tool to the same exact positioning for the other tires to follow. This is a significant time-saver and a non-electronic feature.

Correct Speed and Power for the Task at Hand

Rav's true variable speed drive is superior to the 2-speed drives used by most top manufacturers. Rotation speeds from 0-16 revolutions per minute are possible, enabling the operator to vary the speed so that it matches the job. Our 220V motor is self-controlled, so it delivers the power necessary to perform the task. This eliminates the common problem of being underpowered or overpowered.

Both Roller and Side Shovel Bead Breakers

This feature makes the Memory a more versatile machine and a good choice for a light truck. For the difficult beads, use the side shovel, which delivers 8,000 PSI of power. For automotive tires, the roller eliminates that step, and you simply break the bead after mounting the tire on the machine.
