A: When your machine arrives, simply follow our video series to assist you through unpackaging and wheel clamp assembly. Within 30 minutes, you should be ready to start using the machine! No calibration is needed. See alignment operational videos or call our tech support to schedule a remote training session. You should be doing real alignments on day one.

Q: What are the space requirements?
A: The TD6000CNA has a footprint of only 3-4 ft square. Its mobile trolley is highly portable, and the Toughbook tablet allows you to range all over the workshop, the drive-thru, or even to another on site location!

Q: Does the system require previous alignment experience to operate?
A: No! If your technician has tools and a general knowledge of the vehicles, they will be able to perform quality alignments with the RAV systems.

Q: What types of surfaces and lifts does it work with?
A: All RAV HD Aligners are designed for maximum versatility and mobility. They work extremely well off the floor, with drive-on 4-post lifts, with mobile column lifts and stands, or on your service drive. Trailers can be aligned on the lot, and our aligners are fully functional outdoors in open sunlight.

Q: How accurate is the TD8060NA?
A: The TD8060NA delivers professional-grade accuracy within ±0.01° for all alignment angles, meeting or exceeding OEM specifications for commercial vehicles.

Q: What size trucks can it align?
A: The TD8060NA handles Class 4-8 trucks, buses, commercial vans, and heavy-duty vehicles. It accommodates wide track widths and heavy axle loads typical of commercial vehicles. It is easy to add Light Truck class 3 capabilities by adding the automotive-type wheel clamp adapters at CHECKOUT.

Q: Can the machine align trailers?
A: Most definitely! The RAV HD aligners are excellent on trailers. Full trailers or semi-trailers; multiple axle capability axles of any number can be quickly aligned. Simply enter the trailer menu, choose full or semi...select the number of axles, and the software configures all the steps for you and walks you through the alignment. Trailers can be aligned inside the workshop or outdoors in open sunlight.

Q: Can the RAV HD Aligners handle multiple axe/multiple steer axle vehicles?
A: Yes. The software has pre-selects for up to 2 steering axles and 3 rear axles. More axles can be added if needed by doing a customized routine.

Q: Is it possible to align cars and light trucks with the RAV HD aligners?
A: Yes, our HD aligners can be easily outfitted to align cars and light trucks. Our COMBO All-in-One Model is specially accessorized to handle the entire range from passenger cars to multi-axle HD vehicles. Everything you need is there in one package. It is also possible to add the required accessories to any of our HD aligner models so that is meets your needs.

Q: Is it possible for the RAV heavy-duty machines to align cars using a 2 post lift?
A: Yes...with the passenger car accessory package, you can align small vehicles off a two-post lift. It will of course, also work with a drive on lift, off the floor or over the pit.

Q: How often does the database get updated?
A: As often as you like, and database updates are free within 90 days of purchase of the machine. Afterwards, updates have a cost of $995 and are easily handled by wifi with our assistance. No subscription is required.
